Payment Terms

Payments & Refunds

1. General Provisions

Payment for services on the site means full and unconditional consent of the user to these payment terms, automatic charge, refund and cancellation of payments.

Payment for services is acceptance of the public offer and confirms the user's consent to charge funds using the selected payment method.

Payments are processed using YooKassa payment service in accordance with payment system rules and legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

Service cost is 150 rubles per one device.

Each device is paid separately.

Payment is made in the form of subscription with periodic automatic charge of funds.

3. Automatic Charge Terms

When choosing a subscription, the user agrees to automatic regular charge of funds from the bank card or other payment method linked through YooKassa.

Charge is made for the next billing period before the end of the current paid period.

The user has the right to refuse automatic charge at any time by canceling the subscription.

After canceling automatic charge, access to the service remains until the end of the already paid period.

Funds for the unused period after subscription cancellation are not refunded, except for cases provided in section 5 of these terms.

4. Free Trial Period

New users may be provided with a free trial period of 14 or 30 calendar days.

At the end of the free period, with consent to automatic charge, payment is made automatically.

Failure to cancel subscription before the end of the free period is considered user consent to further payment for services.

5. Refund Terms

Refund of funds is possible only upon user request.

Refund is made in case of impossibility to provide the service for technical reasons beyond user's control.

Refund is not made if the service was provided correctly and used by the user.

Refund amount is calculated proportionally to the number of unused days of the paid period.

6. Refund Procedure and Terms

To process a refund, the user must contact support and provide data necessary to identify the payment.

Refund of funds is made using the same payment method used for the payment.

Funds crediting time depends on the issuing bank and may take from 3 to 10 business days from refund approval.

7. Payment Cancellation

In case of erroneous payment, the user has the right to contact support to consider payment cancellation possibility.

Payment cancellation is possible until the moment of actual service provision or with confirmed technical error.

8. Other Terms

The service does not guarantee achievement of specific results dependent on external factors, including internet connection quality and user equipment operation.

All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached - in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation.
